Last week the grauniad had an article about whether it was safe to travel to the Middle East. Around the same time another ivebeenthere tipper wrote a tip saying that now was the time to visit Egypt and Tahrir Square. I replied to the thread saying that we'd recently been to Tahrir and it was safe, peaceful and welcoming and that the Egyptian Museum was deserted.
So - come!!!
