One of the big concerns we have with brewing beer out here is the temperature. Beer needs to be 'warm' when it's fermenting, which by British standards is around 20'C. We're lucky if it gets anywhere near that cool out here during the summer and so we wanted to make sure we have a way to keep our bottles conditioning and our beer fermenting at a sensible temperature...
